Abaco
Cove - This

Run - This
development is close to Blackmoor off Highway 707. Pheasant Run is being

neighborhood found in Murrells Inlet. Wilderness Plantation is a gated
development with a community boat ramp that connects to the Waccamaw River. If
you are looking for a home with a larger lot in the Murrells Inlet area,
Wilderness Plantation should have what you are looking for.
Belle
Vue – This is
a gated waterfront community in Murrells Inlet with a community dock; many of
the lots have water frontage and the ability to have a dock. There are
many available homes and lots in this neighborhood.
Bellwood
Landing – This
gated community is in Prince Creek with available lots and homes. If you buy a
lot there is not a time frame to build. Many of the lots are on Collins Creek
with dock permits giving you easy access to the Waccamaw River.
Blackmoor
– This
community surrounds Blackmoor golf course and features many different types of
homes. The amenity center features a pool and tennis courts.
Collins
Creek Landing – This
gated community features a wonderful amenity center and a private boat landing
on Collins Creek, that gives boaters easy access to the Waccamaw river.

Cottages – This
neighborhood is in the heart of Murrells Inlet featuring Coastal inspired
homes, only footsteps away from many restaurants and the public boat landing.

Harbour – This

to build on the lots. This community features an amenity center, boat landing,

gated community with lots and houses on TPC of Myrtle Beach golf course. This
neighborhood is also surrounded by wetlands on one side making this a private
and secluded neighborhood. This neighborhood is part of the master planned
Prince Creek development.
Hunters
Grove – This
development is in Prince Creek, lots are available to buy and build later. No
time frame to build.
Laurel
Bay – This
neighborhood is in Prince Creek, with available resale homes and lot home

Hampton - Oak

hardwood flooring, and a unique feel. This neighborhood is only a
couple blocks from the TPC of Myrtle Beach clubhouse. Oak Hampton is an
affordable neighborhood in a very desirable location. The beaches, grocery
stores, public boat landings, post office, shopping, restaurants are within
minutes from this property. The Oak Hampton neighborhood is in Horry County and
falls into the St James school district. With lots starting in the $60k's and
houses starting in the $200k's what's not to like. Homes range from
1,300-2,000++ heated sq/ft
