Berkshire Forest Homes

Berkshire Forest offers many types of real estate for the home buyer to choose from. There are 3 sections within the Carolina Forest community. Cambridge, Crestwood, and Sutton Place offer homes ranging from the mid $100’s to the upper $200’s. There is sure to be style or house plan to meet many homebuyers needs.

Cambridge offers three and four bedroom single family homes ranging in size from 1,100 to 3,545 heated square feet. Whether you are searching for a second home, investment, or primary residence Cambridge offers many homes to choose from.

Crestwood homes are three bedroom single family homes with a low country design, offering porches with homes on water features and wooded home sites. These homes range in size from 1,300 to 1,750 heated square feet.

Sutton Place is the more expensive of the three communities within Berkshire Forest offering homes on lakefront and wooded lots. These three and four bedroom houses range from 1,700-2,700 heated sq/ft.

Stafford Row features attached single family homes. These homes are two and three bedrooms around 1,450 heated square feet. The maintenance on the exterior is also included in the home owner’s dues for Stafford Row.

Berkshire Forest Condos

Heatherstone is a great community of condos within Berkshire Forest, and perfect for homeowners looking for a maintenance free lifestyle. Heatherstone offers spacious townhomes with open floorplans. These two and three bedroom townhomes have a base price in the $130,000 range, and are sized from 1,400-1,700 heated square feet.

Hawthorne is another community featuring 2-story, 3 bedrooms townhomes with first floor master bedrooms. These units also offer attached garages and priced in the $150,000 range.

Berkshire Forest Amenities

Anyone interested in the Carolina Forest area will be satisfied with the Berkshire Forest amenities. The clubhouse is over 6,000 square feet and overlooks a 32 acre lake and includes a pool, white sand beach with a fishing dock, a large patio, tennis courts, basketball courts, and a fitness center.
