Garden City Beach and Surfside Beach are both just south of the highly recognized Myrtle Beach vacation destination. With the recent collapse in the economy oceanfront homes in both Garden City Beach and Surfside Beach have become much more affordale.
As of May 29th, 2010 there are currently 11 oceanfront homes for sale in Surfside Beach and Garden City that are listed for less than $1,000,000. These homes range from 4 to 7 bedrooms with private pools, shared pools, or without a pool. So what about the prices? Asking prices for these homes range from $599,900-$999,900. Two of the homes currently listed for less than a million are foreclosures.
