Local Real Estate Market Updates.

The amount of auctions across the country have seen there numbers rise over the past year and Myrtle Beach will see one of the largest real estate auctions at 10am September 29, 2007 at Grande Dunes Marriott. The Coastal auction company will be auctioning off properties from all over the Grand Strand.

I know what your thinking, when you think of an auction, you think distressed properties, or foreclosures. Well that is not the case here, most of the sellers just want a quick sale, and believe the hype and marketing around the auction will help them with this sale.

What types of properties can you expect to be in this auction? There will be oceanfront lots, Intracoastal waterway lots, estate oceanfront lot at Dunes club, homes in Grande Dunes, condos, home in Debordieu, residential lot in Blackmoor, residential 2.7 acre lot with boat dock in Bellwood Landing a gated community in Prince Creek with easy access to the Intracoastal waterway, commercial property, a motel, town home development, apartments,  etc... This is sure to be a large event, the company has been advertising all over the east coast, and expect a large crowd.

When I spoke to a representative from the auction company they informed me to not expect to see properties that are not competitively priced. They have turned away many properties when owners wanted to set reserve prices that were not competitive.

Don't let this opportunity pass you by, this could be your chance to purchase your dream property below market value.

For more information on this auction, please call or email me anytime. Below are some pictures of properties that will be in the auction.

6 Intracoastal waterway lots with bulk head and boat dock permits for each lot.

Lot 31 Bellwood Landing, 2.7 acres. This lot also has a dock permit on Collins Creek allowing easy access to the Intracoastal waterway. Bellwood Landing is a gated community in Prince Creek. The master planned development Prince Creek is in Murrells Inlet and and is centered around TPC of Myrtle Beach golf course.
