New Development opportunities.
Let’s me first say that when I am talking about Murrells Inlet, I am talking about the property between 17 Bypass and Business 17 in Murrells Inlet extending to the banks of the creek. I know there are other developments off 707 and Prince Creek that offer new construction, but I am going to focus on the heart of Murrells Inlet.
If you read my article on Murrells Inlet you should have a good idea of what Murrells Inlet has to offer as far as conveniences, and the naturally occurring amenities. Although most of the developments and new construction in Murrells Inlet does not offer the amenities that some of the larger developments offer; one thing it does offer is a close proximity to the water. Wherever the development or house is in this part of Murrells Inlet, you can be assured you are just a couple blocks from the water.

Belle Vue is a gated waterfront community overlooking the inlet, this community offers several waterfront opportunities. Lots in Belle Vue start around $200,000, with lots on the water starting around $600,000. Lot 121 Carson Creek Drive in Belle Vue is pictured below. At $599,900 this is the lowest priced waterfront lot in Murrells Inlet; this lot already has the boat dock and bulkhead in place. Approved 3 bedroom/3bathroom house plan with elevator is also available. Owner/builder would either sell the lot or do a lot home package for $975,000. Flaggpoint is a 14 site development located on the waterfront behind Flo’s Place in Murrells Inlet. This quaint development has many live oaks throughout the property; there are also several lots on the water with individual dock permits. This property also features a boat landing; although tidal it still gives owners an easy option to put there boat in the water near high tide. Lots in this development start in the $300’s with waterfront lots listed up to $975,000.
There are several other developments that are just breaking ground; I will do individual articles on these developments as I gather more information. There is also new construction scattered throughout Murrells Inlet not in developments. Hopefully this will give you an idea of what Murrells Inlet has to offer.
