The Dunes Club Homes

Many of the Dunes Club homes border the beautiful Dunes Club golf course and boast gorgeous views. Homes within this community were all custom built, and constructed within the past 50 years. Many of the properties are bought and totally renovated by the buyers.

The Dunes Club community does not have HOA fee's.

The Dunes Club Golf Course

The Dunes Club opened up in 1949 and has gone through major renovations and additions through the years. The original club house was torn down in the 1980's and the existing club house was completed in 1985. In 1970 tennis was added to the club, and since then the Dunes Club has become recognized as one of the best tennis facilities along the Grand Strand.

Membership in the Dunes Club continues to grow, and as the years have passed the club has continued to make improvements. As a result, the Dunes Club continues to excel, and remains one of the most exclusive clubs along the Grand Strand.
