The Reserve at Litchfield

The Reserve is a 700 acre gated community with private access to the beach and river, walking/biking trails, a swim complex, and tennis. There is also the Reserve Harbor Marina, 27 miles from the ocean on a protected basin off the Waccamaw River .

Wachesaw Plantation

The private community of Wachesaw Plantation is situated upon an historic plantation set over the Waccamaw River. It's one of the premier golf club communities on the East Coast, located just minutes south of Myrtle Beach near Litchfield Beach and Pawleys Island.

The Wachesaw Golf Club is presently one of only two private, member-owned golf clubs on the Grand Strand. It was the No. 1 course in Myrtle Beach when it opened in 1986, according to Golf Digest at the time.

Wachesaw Plantation East

The gated golf course community of Wachesaw Plantation East is in the scenic fishing village of Murrells Inlet, South Carolina , 20 minutes south of the Myrtle Beach International Airport . Its Ellington is an Interval International Five Star Resort, with easy access to the beach, restaurants, shopping and entertainment.

The Wachesaw Plantation East Golf Club is a championship eighteen-hole facility. Like so many of the courses in the Myrtle Beach area, it's built on the site of a former rice plantation.
