The Reserve Golf Club

The Reserve club is a private golf course built and designed by Greg Norman in 1998. This golf course has been recognized as one of the top courses in the area and state, and features one of the largest practice facilities in the area. The Reserve Club also offers an indoor dining area, and a covered patio with tables and outdoor fireplace.

The Reserve Marina & Yacht Club

If you enjoy spending your weekend boating, the Reserve community also has a Marina and Yacht Club. The marina sits in a well protected deep water cove off Waccamaw River, and offers 50 wet slips ranging in size from twenty-five to seventy-five feet, and a dry storage building that can accommodate 210 boats.

The Marina clubhouse features a dining room, lounge, and porch area. You will also find a pool great for spending an afternoon with your family.

The Reserve Homes and Lots

The Reserve real estate consists of homes, residential lots, estate lots, villas, townhomes, and maintenance free cottage living. If you are searching for a lake front home, golf course home, or an estate lot on a bluff overlooking the Waccamaw River, the Reserve community might fit the bill.
