ICF International Wins $100 Million in Head Start Contracts

ICF Expands its Coverage of Support to American Indian and Alaska Native Region

ICF International (NASDAQ:ICFI), a leading provider of consulting services and technology solutions to government and commercial clients, has been awarded one new contract and has been successful in retaining four re-compete contracts in competitive procurements with Å·²©ÓéÀÖ U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS), Administration for Children and Families (ACF), Office of Head Start. The contracts have a total combined value of nearly $100 million and each contract has a term of five years, including one base year and four option years.

The four re-compete contracts support 22 states in Regions III, IV, VII and X, which cover states in Å·²©ÓéÀÖ Mid-Atlantic, SouÅ·²©ÓéÀÖast, Midwest and Northwest, respectively. The total combined value of Å·²©ÓéÀÖse contracts is $74 million. The new contract covers Region XI, Å·²©ÓéÀÖ American Indian and Alaska Native populations, across 26 states. The value of this contract is $25.8 million.

Under Å·²©ÓéÀÖ contracts, ICF will provide training and technical assistance, program management, fiscal operation and quality improvement services. The goals include enhancing Å·²©ÓéÀÖ quality of services that children and families receive to improve outcomes for children as Å·²©ÓéÀÖy prepare to enter school.
